艾司西酞普兰联合心理干预对老年2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者抑郁焦虑症状及血糖水平的影响

Effects of escitalopram combined with psychological intervention on depression and anxiety symptoms and blood glucose levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with anxiety and depression

目的:探究对老年2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者采用艾司西酞普兰联合心理干预对抑郁焦虑症状及血糖水平的影响。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治老年2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁症患者124例,随机分为两组,各62例。试验组采用艾司西酞普兰联合心理干预;对照组采用常规治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后焦虑及抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者采用艾斯西酚普兰联合心理干预,可有效改善患者焦虑抑郁症状,稳定血糖水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of escitalopram combined with psychological intervention on depression and anxiety symptoms and blood sugar levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with anxiety and depression.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,124 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with anxiety and depression were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 62 cases in each group.The experimental group received escitalopram combined with psychological intervention.The control group received conventional treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Escifenopram combined with psychological intervention for elderly type 2 diabetes patients with anxiety and depression can effectively improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression and stabilize blood sugar levels.
