摘要
目的:分析重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液对白内障术后干眼症患者眼表功能及过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法:2019年1月-2021年6月收治白内障术后干眼症患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采取羟糖苷滴眼液治疗;观察组采用羟糖苷滴眼液+重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)水平均高于对照组,角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LPO水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液能够改善白内障术后干眼症患者眼表功能,降低LPO水平,提升SOD水平,从而获得良好的临床影响。
Objective:To analyze the effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops on ocular surface function and LPO and SOD levels in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2021,60 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydroxyglycoside eye drops.The observation group was treated with hydroxyglycoside eye drops and recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BUT and SIt levels of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the FL score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LPO level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SOD level was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops can improve ocular surface function in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery,reduce LPO levels,and increase SOD levels,thereby obtaining good clinical effects.
