米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于药物流产的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for medical abortion

目的:分析米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于药物流产的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2020年12月收治进行药物流产的患者100例,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用米非司酮进行药物流产;试验组在米非司酮基础上联合米索前列醇进行药物流产。比较两组应用效果。结果:试验组流产成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组胚囊排出时间、阴道出血量和出血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组流产后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行药物流产,是一种效果显著且安全性较高的方式,患者不会出现严重的并发症,使患者的不良心态得到改善。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in medical abortion.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2020,100 patients with medical abortion were selected and divided into two groups by random number method.The control group was given mifepristone for medical abortion.The experimental group combined mifepristone and misoprostol for medical abortion.The effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of abortion in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The discharge time of embryo sac,vaginal bleeding amount and bleeding time of the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group after abortion,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for medical abortion,is a significant effect,and high safety,patients will not appear serious complications,so that the patients'bad mentality is improved.
