摘要
目的:研究细节服务在口腔门诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月在社区口腔门诊接受治疗的患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。A组给予常规护理服务;B组给予细节护理服务。比较两组临床护理效果。结果:B组口腔保健知识知晓率及护理满意度均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节服务用于口腔门诊护理工作,可有效提升患者对于口腔保健相关知识的知晓度,患者满意度高。
Objective:To study the effect of detail service in oral outpatient nursing.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,96 patients who received treatment in community oral outpatient were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 patients in each group.Group A received conventional nursing services.Group B was given detailed nursing services.The clinical nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The knowledge rate and satisfaction rate of the oral health nursing in the group B were higher than the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detail service used in oral outpatient nursing can effectively improve the awareness of patients for oral health care related knowledge,patient satisfaction is high.
