医院-社区-家庭延续性护理对社区失禁性皮炎患者的应用研究

Study on the application of hospital-community-family continuing nursing to patients with community incontinent dermatitis

目的:分析医院-社区-家庭延续性护理对社区失禁性皮炎患者的应用效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年2月收治社区失禁性皮炎患者30例,按不同护理方式分为两组,各15例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受医院-社区-家庭延续性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组Ⅰ度及Ⅱ度复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Ⅲ度复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理后疾病知识知晓得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区失禁性皮炎患者接受医院-社区-家庭延续性护理干预,可显著降低疾病复发率,提升患者疾病知晓率,对疾病预后有利。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of hospital-community-family continuing nursing on patients with community incontinent dermatitis.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,30 patients with community incontinent dermatitis were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods with 15 cases in each group.The control group received routine care.The observation group received hospital-community-family continuous care.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The recurrence rates of degreeⅠand degreeⅡin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in degreeⅢrecurrence rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The disease knowledge awareness score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with community incontinent dermatitis receiving hospital-community-family continuous nursing intervention can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,increase the patient's disease awareness rate,and benefit the prognosis of the disease.
