评价PDCA循环模式在消化内镜护理风险控制中的应用价值

To evaluate the application value of PDCA circulation mode in risk control of digestive endoscopy nursing

目的:分析PDCA循环模式运用于消化内镜护理风险控制中的实际价值。方法:选取2016年8月-2017年8月未开展PDCA循环模式风险控制前接受消化内镜检查护理患者40例,作为对照组;另选取2017年9月-2018年9月开展PDCA循环模式风险控制后接受消化内镜检查护理患者40例,作为研究组。比较两组护理满意度、风险控制情况、护理差错、护理投诉及不良反应情况。结果:研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理差错、护理投诉、不良反应等发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组风险控制情况的各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化内镜护理过程中,开展PDCA循环模式进行风险控制,可有效提升整体护理满意度,降低护理风险事件,加强整体医疗安全。

Objective:To evaluate the application value of PDCA circulation mode in risk control of digestive endoscopy nursing.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2017,40 nursing patients receiving digestive endoscopy before risk control of PDCA circulation mode were selected as the control group.From September 2017 to September 2018,40 digestive endoscopy nursing patients received after risk control of PDCA circulation mode were selected as the study group.We compared the nursing satisfaction,risk control,nursing errors,nursing complaints and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the incidence of nursing errors,nursing complaints and adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various indicators of risk control in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of digestive endoscopy nursing,PDCA cycle mode for risk control can effectively improve the overall nursing satisfaction,reduce nursing risk events and strengthen the overall medical safety.
