优质护理对普外科腹腔镜手术患者护理质量的影响研究

Study on the influence of high quality nursing on the nursing quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in general surgery

目的:探讨优质护理对普外科腹腔镜手术患者护理质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年8月在普外科开展腹腔镜手术治疗的患者100例,根据抽签法分为两组,各50例。对照组开展常规护理;观察组开展优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中失血量、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理的开展,可以有效提升普外科腹腔镜手术患者的护理质量,对促进患者术后康复有积极影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of quality nursing on the nursing quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in general surgery.Methods:From July 2019 to August 2020,100 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the general surgery department were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method with 50 patients in each group.The control group carried out coventional nursing.The observation group carried out quality nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss volume,recovery time of bowel sounds,first exhaust time,first defecation time,time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were all lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development of high quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in general surgery,and has a positive impact on promoting postoperative recovery of patients as soon as possible.
