大隐静脉腔内激光闭合术护理干预的效果观察

Effect of nursing intervention on endovascular laser closure of great saphenous vein

目的:探讨大隐静脉高位结扎联合激光闭合术治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张的护理干预效果。方法:2018年收治大隐静脉曲张患者49例,作为对照组;采用大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗,并配合常规护理。2019年收治大隐静脉曲张患者51例,作为观察组;采用大隐静脉高位结扎加激光闭合术治疗,并采取术前认知干预、术中精准配合,术后康复教育的护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、手术切口个数及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后美观满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大隐静脉高位结扎联合激光闭合术治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张,创伤小、恢复快、更美观,符合微创、快速康复理念。而积极的术前干预、精准的术中配合、系统的康复教育能够显著改善手术效果,是手术成功的重要保障。

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention effect of high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with laser in the treatment of simple varicose great saphenous vein.Methods:In 2018,49 patients with varicose great saphenous vein were treated as the control group.The control group was treated with high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein,combined with routine nursing.In 2019,51 patients with varicose great saphenous vein were treated as the observation group.The observation group was treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein and laser closure,and nursing intervention of preoperative cognitive intervention,intraoperative precise cooperation and postoperative rehabilitation education.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding,the number of surgical incisions and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High ligation of great saphenous vein combined with laser in the treatment of simple great saphenous vein varices has the advantages of less trauma,rapid recovery and more beautiful,it is in line with the concept of minimally invasive and rapid rehabilitation.Active preoperative intervention,accurate intraoperative cooperation and systematic rehabilitation education can significantly improve the operation effect,which is an important guarantee for the success of the operation.
