2011-2020年合肥市社区建档居民健康分析

Health analysis of community registered residents in Hefei from 2011 to 2020

目的:分析社区近10年参加建档立卡居民不同疾病死因的人数、顺位、构成比等数据,为当地卫生部门制定基层常见病防治措施提供数据支持。方法:收集2011-2020年合肥市三里庵社区建档户籍人口所有的死亡监测数据,按照国际疾病分类(ICD-10标准)对该社区居民不同病种进行编码,应用描述性统计进行数据分析。结果:2011-2020年社区建档居民的粗死亡率为260.81/10万,社区建档总人群死因前三位分别为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病,女性群体低于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);合并各类不同基础病史的人群间死亡年龄分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:近10年社区建档人群第一死因顺位为循环系统疾病,提示卫生行政部门应增加社区常见慢性病控制的扶持力度,并在进一步建立健全慢性病监测机制的同时,适当关注各年龄段不同基础疾病发病情况,更加细化社区建档人群不同年龄层慢性病防治方向,提高健康档案在临床诊疗过程中的作用,从而降低社区居民死亡风险。

Objective:To analyze the number,sequence and composition ratio of different causes of death of residents who participated in the filing of cards in the community in recent 10 years,so as to provide data support for local health departments to formulate prevention and control measures for common diseases at the grass-roots level.Methods:The data of death monitoring in registered residence in Sanli'an community of Hefei City from 2011 to 2020 were collected,encoding the different diseases of residents in the community according to the international classification of diseases(ICD-10),and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data.Results:From 2011 to 2020,the crude death rate of community filed residents was 260.81/100000.The top three causes of death of the total community filing population were circulatory system diseases,malignant tumors and respiratory diseases respectively.The female population was lower than the male population,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the distribution of death age among people with different basic medical history,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the past 10 years,the sequence of the first cause of death among community archived populations is circulatory system disease,reminding the health administration department to increase the support for the control of common chronic diseases in the community,and while further establishing and improving the chronic disease monitoring mechanism,pay proper attention to the incidence of different underlying diseases in all age groups,further refine the prevention and treatment direction of chronic diseases of different age groups of community filing population,and improve the role of health archives in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to reduce the death risk of community residents.
