康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎临床研究

Clinical study of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children

目的分析康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂对小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床治疗效果。方法102例小儿疱疹性口腔炎患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,各51例。对照组患儿采取单一开喉剑喷雾剂治疗,实验组患儿采取康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗。对比两组患儿治疗效果、退热时间、疱疹消失时间、疼痛消失时间。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率为88.24%,高于对照组的60.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿退热时间(2.18±0.47)d、疱疹消失时间(4.13±0.73)d、疼痛消失时间(2.94±0.56)d均短于对照组的(3.25±0.72)、(5.22±0.93)、(3.86±0.62)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于小儿疱疹性口腔炎可以选择康复新液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗,能够提升治疗效果,使患儿快速退热,缓解疼痛症状,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children.Methods A total of 102 children with herpetic stomatitis were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 51 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with Kaihoujian spray,and children in the experimental group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid and Kaihoujian spray.Children in both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,fever reduction time,herpes disappearance time,and pain disappearance time.Results The total effective rate of treatment 88.24%in the experimental group was higher than 60.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever reduction time(2.18±0.47)d,herpes disappearance time(4.13±0.73)d,pain disappearance time(2.94±0.56)d in the experimental group were shorter than(3.25±0.72),(5.22±0.93),(3.86±0.62)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Kangfuxin liquid and Kaihoujian spray for children with herpetic stomatitis can improve the therapeutic effect,quickly reduce fever and relieve pain symptoms in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
