摘要
目的研究浅表超声应用于乳腺微小钙化诊断中的临床价值与检出率。方法100例乳腺肿块患者作为研究对象,均接受浅表超声诊断。将手术病理诊断结果作为金标准,观察浅表超声对乳腺微小钙化的检出情况,浅表超声的疾病检出率。结果100例乳腺肿块患者均接受手术病理切片诊断,证实良性肿瘤54例,恶性肿瘤46例。浅表超声检测出33例乳腺微小钙化,包括良性肿瘤6例,检出率为11.1%,钙化数量均<3个且可见声影;恶性肿瘤27例,检出率为58.7%。恶性肿瘤的乳腺微小钙化检出率高于良性肿瘤,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浅表超声检出的33例乳腺微小钙化中,经手术病理检查证实乳腺纤维瘤6例,浸润性导管癌14例,单纯癌8例,髓样癌3例,导管原位癌2例。浅表超声检出良性肿瘤48例,恶性肿瘤42例,检出率为90.0%(90/100)。结论浅表超声具有操作简单、检测速度快且重复性高的优势,并具有较高的疾病检出率,可为临床鉴别肿块良恶性提供客观科学的理论依据。
Objective To study the clinical value and detection rate of superficial ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast microcalcification.Methods There were 100 patients with breast mass selected as the research subjects,and all patients received superficial ultrasound diagnosis.The diagnostic results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard to observe the detection of breast microcalcifications by superficial ultrasound,and the detection rate of superficial ultrasound.Results All 100 patients with breast masses underwent surgical pathological section for diagnosis,and 54 cases of benign tumors and 46 cases of malignant tumors were confirmed.Superficial ultrasound detected 33 cases of breast microcalcifications,including 6 cases of benign tumors,with a detection rate of 11.1%,and the number of calcifications was<3 and the acoustic shadow was visible;27 cases of malignant tumors,with a detection rate of 58.7%.The detection rate of breast microcalcifications in malignant tumors is higher than that in benign tumors,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 33 cases of breast microcalcification detected by superficial ultrasound,6 cases of breast fibroids,14 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma,8 cases of simple carcinoma,3 cases of medullary carcinoma,and 2 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ were confirmed by surgical pathology.Superficial ultrasound detected 48 cases of benign tumors and 42 cases of malignant tumors,the detection rate was 90.0%(90/100).Conclusion Superficial ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation,fast detection and high repeatability,and has high detection rate,which can provide an objective and scientific theoretical basis for clinical differentiation of benign and malignant tumors.
