阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响

The influence of vaginal secretion on the clinical results of urine routine test

目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响。方法90例进行尿常规检验的女性患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组患者实施常规尿液干式化学检测方法,观察组患者则在进行阴道分泌物干预之后再采集尿液标本。比较两组相关尿常规检验指标水平,比较两组红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞检出率。结果观察组pH值(7.69±1.18)明显高于对照组的(7.14±1.21),尿比重(1.011±0.004)、尿蛋白(51.50±10.34)mg/L、尿糖(2.11±0.45)mmol/L、尿胆红素(9.28±1.36)μmol/L、酮体(5.70±1.01)mg/dl、尿胆原(12.01±1.50)μmol/L,均明显低于对照组的(1.016±0.002)、尿蛋白(109.54±16.98)mg/L、尿糖(4.53±1.12)mmol/L、尿胆红素(13.44±1.28)μmol/L、酮体(13.09±1.62)mg/dl、尿胆原(17.41±1.83)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞检出率为22.22%(10/45)、白细胞检出率为6.67%(3/45)、上皮细胞检出率为4.44%(2/45);对照组红细胞检出率为64.44%(29/45)、白细胞检出率为22.22%(10/45)、上皮细胞检出率为17.78%(8/45)。观察组红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞检出率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响较大。在采集标本过程中,需指导患者做好阴道清洁处理工作,促进标本质量的提升,按照规范流程进行尿常规临床检验操作,进而保证尿常规临床检验结果的准确性。

Objective To analyze the influence of vaginal secretion on the clinical results of urine routine test.Methods A total of 90 cases of female patients who underwent urine routine test were studied and divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent conventional dry urine chemistry,while patients in the observation group underwent vaginal secretion intervention followed by urine specimen collection.Both groups were compared in terms of related urine routine test indicators,and the detection rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,and epithelial cells.Results pH value(7.69±1.18)of the observation group was significantly higher than(7.14±1.21)of the control group,and urine specific gravity(1.011±0.004),urine protein(51.50±10.34)mg/L,urine glucose(2.11±0.45)mmol/L,urine bilirubin(9.28±1.36)μmol/L,ketone bodies(5.70±1.01)mg/dl,and urinary bilirubin(12.01±1.50)μmol/L were significantly lower than(1.016±0.002),(109.54±16.98)mg/L,(4.53±1.12)mmol/L,(13.44±1.28)μmol/L,(13.09±1.62)mg/dl and(17.41±1.83)μmol/L of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the detection rate of red blood cells was 22.22%(10/45),the detection rate of white blood cells was 6.67%(3/45),and the detection rate of epithelial cells was 4.44%(2/45);in the control group,the detection rate of red blood cells was 64.44%(29/45),the detection rate of white blood cells was 22.22%(10/45),and the detection rate of epithelial cells was 17.78%(8/45).The detection rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,and epithelial cells in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal secretion has great influence on the clinical results of urine routine test.In the process of collecting specimens,patients need to be instructed to do a good job of vaginal cleansing to promote the quality of specimens and to carry out urine routine test according to the standardized process,thus ensuring the accuracy of urine routine test.
