商洛市“十三五”环境空气质量评价

Evaluation of Ambient Air Quality in the 13th Five Year Plan of Shangluo City

为确保商洛市大气污染防治各项考核指标如期完成,提升生态环境总体质量,分析评价了“十三五”期间商洛市环境空气质量各项指标变化情况。研究表明,商洛市环境空气质量总体在改善。从时间变化看,SO_(2)、NO_(2)、CO、O_(3)浓度5年内均达到空气质量二级标准;2020年末与2015年末相比,PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、SO_(2)、NO_(2)、CO、O_(3)浓度均有所下降,但O_(3)浓度有增加的趋势;首要污染物5年内O_(3)发生频率有所下降,PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)发生频率有所增加,但总体上还是O_(3)发生频率最高。从空间分布看,“十三五”期间,商洛市六县一区环境空气质量均有所改善,但O_(3)引起的污染越来越明显,是今后重点治理的一项指标,还需持续落实落细各项污染防治措施,确保商洛市环境空气质量持续向好。

In order to ensure that the assessment indicators of air pollution prevention and control in Shangluo City are completed on schedule and improve the overall quality of ecological environment,the changes of various indicators of ambient air quality in Shangluo City during the 13th Five Year Plan period are analyzed and evaluated.The research shows that the ambient air quality of Shangluo City is improving as a whole.In terms of time variation,the concentrations of SO_(2)、NO_(2)、CO、O_(3)all meet the secondary air quality standard within 5 years.At the end of 2020,compared with the end of 2015,the concentrations of PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、SO_(2)、NO_(2)、CO、O_(3)decreased,but the concentration of O_(3)increased;The occurrence frequency of O_(3)in the primary pollutant has decreased within 5 years,and the occurrence frequency of PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)has increased,but on the whole,the occurrence frequency of O_(3)is the highest.From the perspective of spatial distribution,during the 13th Five Year Plan period,the ambient air quality of six counties and one district of Shangluo City has improved,but the pollution caused by O_(3)is becoming more and more obvious,which is an index for key treatment in the future.It is also necessary to continuously implement various pollution prevention and control measures to ensure the continuous improvement of the ambient air quality of Shangluo City.
