为了充分发挥环境监测在环境管理中的作用,优化环境管理质量,落实环境监测工作,提升环境监测技术及其自动化水平,加强环境监测能力建设,完善环境监测体系,分析了环境管理中环境监测的地位和作用,提出在环境管理中展开环境监测的策略:加强人员技能培养,打造高素质人才队伍,严格监督监测工作,增强对监测部门的管理,深化环境监测能力,鼓励支持监测技术创新,发挥环境监测技术价值,为环境管理及生态环境保护治理提供数据支持,进一步改善生态环境,实现人类和自然的和谐相处,促进我国环保事业可持续发展。

In order to give full play to the role of environmental monitoring in environmental management,optimize the quality of environmental management,implement environmental monitoring,improve environmental monitoring technology and its automation level,strengthen environmental monitoring capacity-building,improve environmental monitoring system,this paper analyzes the status and role of environmental monitoring in environmental management,puts forward the strategy of environmental monitoring in environmental management,i.e.to strengthen the training of personnel skills,build a high-quality talent team,strictly supervise the monitoring work,enhance the management of the monitoring department,deepen the environmental monitoring ability,encourage and support the innovation of monitoring technology,give full play to the value of environmental monitoring technology,and provide data support for environmental management and ecological environment protection and governance,further improve the ecological environment,realize the harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature,and promote the sustainable development of China’s environmental protection.
