摘要
深井大倾角工作面采用留窄煤柱沿空掘巷布置方式时,受深井高应力、复杂地质构造和多次采掘扰动等影响,造成巷道反复受载,返修量大,影响矿井的安全生产。通过理论分析和数值模拟计算,最终确定张双楼煤矿深井大倾角工作面留设5 m煤柱较为合理,采取爆破切顶、非对称耦合支护、帮部锚索和护表构件高强连接等技术,改善了沿空掘巷的应力环境,提高了支护体的整体性、协调性和围岩自承载能力,保证了沿空掘巷的支护效果。
When deep shafts with large inclination angles are arranged along the gob with narrow coal pillars,they are affected by high stresses in deep shafts,complex geological structures and multiple excavation disturbances,resulting in repeated loads on the roadways and a large amount of repairs,which affects the safe production of the mine.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculations,it was finally determined that it was reasonable to leave a 5 m coal pillar in the deep well of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine.The technology improved the stress environment of roadway driving along the goaf,improved the integrity and coordination of the supporting body and the self-carrying capacity of surrounding rock,and ensured the support effect of roadway driving along the goaf.
