摘要
依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1—2012)和《可燃气体探测器第1部分:工业及商业用途点型可燃气体探测器》(GB15322.1—2019)标准的要求,以报警动作值试验为研究对象建立数学模型,分析影响甲烷气体探测器报警动作值测量结果的因素,结合试验数据得到测量不确定度,作为评定甲烷气体探测器检测过程不确定度的参考。
According to the requirements of"Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty"JJF1059.1—2012 and"Combustible Gas Detector Part 1:Industrial and Commercial Use Point Type Combustible Gas Detector"GB15322.1—2019 standard requirements,test with alarm action value established a mathematical model for the research object,analyzed the factors that affect the measurement results of the alarm action value of the methane gas detector,and combined the test data to obtain the measurement uncertainty,which was used as a reference for evaluating the uncertainty of the methane gas detector detection process.
