摘要 针对赵固二矿主运带式输送机驱动为4台10 kV的500 kW异步电动机+液力黏性软启动器+减速机,在启动时高压馈电瞬时电流过大,经常导致供电系统发生越级跳闸的情况,机械传动环节薄弱点多、故障率大直接影响安全运转,通过对高压防爆变频技术+同步电动机代替异步电动机和减速机驱动可行性分析,为类似条件提供改造参考方案。 Aiming at the situation that the main belt conveyor in Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine drives four 10 kV 500 kW asynchronous motors+hydraulic stick+speed reducer,when starting,the instantaneous current of high voltage feed is too large,which often causes the power supply system to skip steps and trip,this paper analyzed the feasibility of using high-voltage explosion-proof frequency conversion technology+synchronous motor to replace asynchronous motor and reducer to drive the machine,provide rehabilitation programmes and valuable experience for similar conditions.
