摘要 徐矿集团张集煤矿山西玉华项目部井下带式输送机计17部,其中“T”型转载点13个,由于转载点多,并且转载点高度不统一,有些转载点落差很大、运煤量大,尤其是主运胶带运煤时间长(一天运行时间在20 h左右),因此带式输送机转载点在矿井煤炭运输中发挥着重要作用。为了提高煤炭运输量,减轻工人劳动强度,降低劳动成本,玉华项目部工程技术人员通过多年现场经验及技术改造对挡煤板进行重新设计、制作、改进,现已形成一套成熟的方案,并在现场应用取得较好的经济效益。 There are 17 underground belt conveyors in Shanxi Yuhua Project Department of Zhangji Coal Mine of Xukuang Group,including 13"T"transfer points.Due to many transfer points and inconsistent height of transfer points,some transfer points have large drop and large coal transportation volume,especially the long coal transportation time of main conveyor belt(about 20 hours a day).The role of belt conveyor transfer point is particularly important in mine coal transportation.In order to improve the coal transportation volume,reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the labor cost,the engineering and technical personnel of Yuhua Project Department redesigned,manufactured and improved the coal retaining plate through many years of on-site experience and technical transformation.Now a set of mature scheme has been formed and applied on site to achieve good economic benefits.
