摘要
通过对现用单体液压支柱在技术方面存在的诸多问题进行分析,提出了提高产品性能的改进方案:取消回力弹簧,简化了支柱整体结构;取消支柱底座、顶盖密封,减少了产品故障点;采用大流量溢流阀,防止顶板突然来压对支柱的冲击破坏;采用等强度结构和钢材调质处理,提高了支柱整体强度;采用复合电镀工艺,提高了支柱的防腐性能;采用免排气工艺,防止支柱的假性卸载;加装了防护套,防止粉尘对支柱的污染。通过对产品整体性能进行改进,力求支柱性能更加优越,在井下使用不出现主件变形和破坏,不用升井大修,减少了维护量和使用成本。研制的沿空留巷专用单体液压支柱已完成了性能测试和井下现场验证。
Through analyzed the technical problems of existing single hydraulic prop,and puts forward improvement scheme to improve performance of product.By canceling return spring,the overall structure of prop is simplified;by canceling the seal of the prop base and the top cover,the fault points of product are reduced;by using large flow relief valve,the impact damage of sudden pressure of top plate on prop is prevented;by using large flow relief valve by using equal strength structure and steel quenching and tempering treatment,to improve the overall strength of pillar;by using composite electroplating process,to improve anti-corrosion performance of pillar;by using non exhaust process,prevent false unloading of pillar;by adding protective sleeve,prevent pollution of dust on pillar;by improving the overall performance,strive for the superior performance of pillar,and do not appear deformation and breakage of the main parts in underground use.If it is broken,it will not be overhauled,and only the wearing parts and seals will be replaced in the well,so as to reduce the amount of maintenance and use cost.The developed special monomer for gob side entry retaining has completed the performance test and field verification.
