运用精细化管理模式提高油井管理水平

Use Fine Management Mode to Improve Oil Well Management Level

随着社会结构的转变和人口数量的上升,对各种资源的需求量也不断增加。海上油井开采是获取石油能源的方式之一。近两年来,由于受内外因素的共同影响,油井开采工作也变得越来越复杂,面临的危险因素也越来越多,因此更需要对油井开采工作进行管理。传统的油井管理随着时间的推移逐渐显露出众多弊端,不仅浪费了大量的能源,还直接威胁到相关人员的生命安全。精细化的管理模式是一种科学的管理模式,有助于帮助石油企业节能降耗,进而能帮助企业获取更大的经济效益。基于此,文章主要就油井的精细化管理模式进行研究,并提出相应的应用策略。

With the transformation of social structure and the rise of population,the demand for various resources is also increasing.Offshore oil well exploitation is one of the ways to obtain oil energy.In recent two years,due to the joint influence of internal and external factors,oil well exploitation has become more and more complex and faced with more and more risk factors.Therefore,it is more necessary to manage oil well exploitation.Traditional oil well management gradually reveals many disadvantages over time,which not only wastes a lot of energy,but also directly threatens the life safety of relevant personnel.The refined management mode is a scientific management mode,which helps oil enterprises save energy and reduce consumption,and then help enterprises obtain greater economic benefits.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the fine management mode of oil wells,and puts forward the corresponding application strategies.
