油气储运工程实施中的环保管理研究

Research on Environmental Protection Management in the Implementation of Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Projects

随着油气需求量的增加,油气储运的规模、储运量也不断扩大,受油气性质、储运技术以及距离等因素影响,在储存、运输中会产生泄露问题,给环境带来不利影响。文章主要对油气储运工程定义及常见的油气储运方式进行介绍,分析油气储运工程实施中环保管理工作开展的必要性,并提出该工程中如何开展环保管理工作,希望提高环保管理工作水平,解决以往油气储运工程所产生的环境污染问题,为整个油气储运行业长期发展提供参考。

With the increase of oil and gas demand,the scale and volume of oil and gas transportation are also expanding.Due to the influence of oil and gas nature,storage and transportation technology and distance,leakage problems will occur in storage and transportation and adversely affect the environment.This paper mainly introduces the definition of oil and gas storage and transportation projects and common oil and gas transportation methods,analyzes the necessity of environmental protection management in oil and gas transportation projects,and proposes how to conduct environmental protection management in the project,hoping to improve the level of environmental management,solve the environmental pollution problems caused by previous oil and gas transportation projects,and provide reference for the long-term development of the whole oil and gas storage and transportation industry.
