摘要 二苯甲酮是一种绿色溶剂,具有很大的发展价值和应用前景。由于二苯甲酮的特点,国内外研究人员逐渐致力于开发更有效和更环保的制作方法。连续精馏是一种与试剂一起移动的连续催化精馏工艺,是一种更有效和更环保的二苯甲酮生产工艺。文章对制备二苯甲酮时使用连续精馏的可行性进行分析,旨在突出连续精馏相对于间歇精馏制备二苯甲酮的优势,从而获得更高的纯度,为连续精馏制备二苯甲酮的优势提供可靠的理论依据。 Benzophenone is a green solvent with great development value and application prospects.Due to the characteristics of benzophenone,researchers at home and abroad are gradually devoting themselves to developing more effective and environmentally friendly production methods.Continuous distillation is a continuous catalytic distillation process that moves with reagents,and is a more effective and environmentally friendly benzophenone production process.This article analyzes the feasibility of using continuous distillation in the preparation of benzophenone,and aims to highlight the advantages of continuous distillation compared with batch distillation to prepare benzophenone,so as to obtain higher purity and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the advantages of continuous distillation in the preparation of benzophenone.
