摘要 过程模拟优化技术是依托于现代科技和计算机技术而产生的一种先进的技术手段,目前被广泛地应用于化工工艺设计当中。借助于过程模拟优化技术,可以辅助化工工艺设计人员对化工装备、生产设备及生产工艺流程进行技术改造和创新,掌握更加精准和全面的化工工艺设计数据。提高化工生产的规范化水平,是推动化工企业可持续发展的关键性手段。文章通过探讨过程模拟优化在化工工艺设计中的应用,提出了过程模拟优化技术的概念及其具体的应用范畴,并利用案例进行了阐述说明,以期为相关工作的开展提供参考。 Process simulation optimization technology is an advanced technical means based on modern science and technology and computer technology.At present,it is widely used in chemical process design.With the help of process simulation optimization technology,it can assist chemical process designers in technical transformation and innovation of chemical equipment,production equipment and production process flow,master more accurate and comprehensive chemical process design data,and improve the standardization of chemical production.It is a key technical means to promote the sustainable development of chemical enterprises.By discussing the application of process simulation optimization in chemical process design,this paper puts forward the concept and specific application scope of process simulation optimization technology,and expounds it with a case,in order to provide reference for the development of related work.
