摘要
河南某污水处理厂由于需要处理部分工业废水(土豆加工厂废水),使其原有工艺不能达标,需对其进行提标改造,以满足其排放标准。通过对工业废水实施单独和专门的处理,以改善污水质量,并取得了更具好的成本效益和能源效益。工业废水首先在UASB反应器中处理,用于沼气生产,UASB反应器出水在除磷工艺(鸟粪石反应器)中处理,然后再采用一级颗粒污泥硝化/厌氧氨氧化工艺进行除氮,回收的鸟粪石经试验可作为商业肥料的替代品。
Due to the need to treat part of industrial wastewater(potato processing plant wastewater)in a sewage treatment plant in Henan,the original process can not meet the standard,so it is necessary to upgrade the standard to meet the discharge standard.Through the separate and special treatment of industrial wastewater,the quality of wastewater is improved,and better cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency are achieved.The industrial wastewater is first treated in UASB reactor for biogas production.The effluent from UASB reactor is treated in phosphorus removal process(struvite reactor),and then nitrogen is removed by primary granular sludge nitrification/anammox process.The recovered struvite can be used as a substitute for commercial fertilizer.
