基于火灾风险分析的石化园区消防安全规划

Fire Safety Planning of Petrochemical Park based on Fire Risk Analysis

化工园区往往存在较多数量的易燃易爆等危险化学化工产品的生产,具有较大的火灾危险性。根据中国化工园区目前的发展趋势,广泛调查了石化园区的火灾风险、消防安全状况及存在的问题。阐述了化工园区消防安全规划的主要基本内容。文章通过对化工园区消防安全规划及其评价体系的研究,在化工园区安全规划的基础上,在火灾风险分析的基础上,提出了提高石化园区消防安全水平的消防安全规划方法和规划程序。

There are often a large number of flammable,explosive and other dangerous chemical products in the chemical industry park,which has a great fire risk.According to the current development trend of China Chemical Industry Park,the fire risk,fire safety status and existing problems of petrochemical park are widely investigated.This paper expounds the main basic contents of fire safety planning in chemical industry park.Through the research on the fire safety planning and its evaluation system of chemical industry park,based on the safety planning of chemical industry park and the fire risk analysis,the fire safety planning method and planning procedure to improve the fire safety level of petrochemical park are put forward.
