涂料中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)、苯系物、甲醛、卤代烃含量检测及分析

涂料指的是一类涂布于物体表面,在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的材料。市面上常见的涂料有外墙涂料、内墙涂料及木器涂料等。本次实际抽到涂料产品20批次,其中5批次从生产企业成品库抽取,15批次从市场流通领域购买。抽到的溶剂型木器涂料和内墙涂料分别依据GB 18581—2020《木器涂料中有害物质限量》和GB 18582—2020《建筑用墙面涂料中有害物质限量》对其中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量、苯系物含量、甲醛含量、卤代烃含量等进行检测。文章阐述各类污染物的影响和检测出来的相关数据,并提出标准中的不足,为标准的下一步修订和新标准的制定提出意见和建议。

Coating refers to a kind of coating on the surface of an object,which can form a film under certain conditions to protect,decorate or other special functions(insulation,rust prevention,mildew prevention,heat resistance,etc.).The common coatings on the market are exterior wall coatings,interior wall coatings and wood coatings.The actual drawing of this time is 20 batches of coating products,Among them,5 batches of production enterprises are selected from the finished product warehouse,15 batches were purchased in the market circulation field.The contents of volatile organic compounds(VOC),benzene series compounds,formaldehyde and halogenated hydrocarbons in the solvent based wood coatings and interior wall coatings were tested according to the limits of harmful substances in wood coatings(GB 18581-2020)and the limits of harmful substances in building wall coatings(GB 18582-2020).Describe the impact of various pollutants and the relevant data detected,The shortcomings of the standard are put forward,This paper puts forward suggestions for the next revision of the standard and the formulation of the new standard.
