Corrosion and Scaling of Air Preheater and Countermeasures

文章分析了炼油系统常减压装置生产过程中加热炉空气预热器管束外壁结垢与腐蚀原因,分析了其腐蚀机理。并从玉门炼油化工总厂的实际生产情况出发,综合近年来玉门炼化总厂的原油性质、燃料使用情况以及玉门气候等因素进行了分析,找出造成空气预热器腐蚀与结垢的原因,并提出了相应的处理及预防措施,以达到提高空气预热器使用寿命的目的。也为后期空气预热器的正常操作与维护、及时发现并解决各类腐蚀问题提供参考,尽可能延长其使用寿命,也为加热炉正常、高效的运行提供可靠保障。

This paper analyzes the causes of scaling and corrosion on the outer wall of air preheater tube bundle of heating furnace in the production process of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of oil refining system,and analyzes its corrosion mechanism.Based on the actual production situation of Yumen Refinery and Chemical Plant,the factors such as crude oil properties,fuel use and Yumen climate in Yumen Refinery and Chemical Plant in recent years are analyzed,the causes of corrosion and scaling of air preheater are confirmed,and the corresponding treatment and preventive measures are put forward to improve the service life of air preheater.It also provides a reference for the normal operation and maintenance of the air preheater in the later stage,finds and solves various corrosion problems in time,prolongs its service life as much as possible,and provides a reliable guarantee for the normal and efficient operation of the heating furnace.
