摘要
管端结构物PLET(Pipeline End Termination)常用在深水海管管端,上面带有多功能的控制器,是水下ROV操作的安全和控制装置,常规的安装方法为作业线安装法,但是随着水深加深,PLET尺寸和重量变大,常规技术已不能满足。舷侧PLET安装技术得以开发和应用,在舷侧通过PHS(PLET Handing System)系统将PLET进行回收、悬挂和下放,下放中借用浮筒浮力减小PLET重量从而降低PLET端弯矩和应变。此技术解决海管顶部和底部张力大、上弯曲段和下弯曲段应变大、海管悬跨处理数量大等难题。
Pipeline end termination(PLET)is commonly used at the pipeline end of deep-water subsea pipeline.It is equipped with a multi-functional controller and is a safety and control device for underwater ROV operation.The conventional installation method is the operation line installation method.However,with the deepening of water depth,the size and weight of PLET become larger,which can not be met by conventional technology.The installation technology of PLET shipboard has been developed and applied.The PLET is recovered,suspended and lowered by the PHS(PLET Handing System)shipboard system.During the lowering,the buoyancy of the pontoon is used to reduce the weight of the PLET,so as to reduce the bending moment and strain at the PLET end.This technology solves the problems of large tension at the top and bottom of the submarine pipeline,large strain at the upper and lower bending sections,and large number of suspended spans of the submarine pipeline.
