催化重整装置除氧器优化节能

摘要 除氧器上水现使用热电除盐水,除盐水价格昂贵,且上水温度低于30℃,进除氧器前无换热设备造成了除氧器在除氧时使用1.0 MPa蒸汽量。而装置冷凝水外送量大且外送温度高,外送过程中造成热量的浪费,因此利用冷凝水替代除盐水的方式既可以节省除盐水,又能提高除氧器上水温度,节省1.0 MPa蒸汽,具有很大的节能优化空间。 Thermoelectric desalted water is used in deaerator water supply.The desalted water is expensive,and the water supply temperature is lower than 30℃.There is no heat exchange equipment before entering deaerator,which causes the deaerator to use a large amount of 1.0 MPa steam during deaeration.However,the output of condensed water from the unit is large and the output temperature is high,which results in waste of heat during the output process.Therefore,using condensed water instead of desalted water can not only save desalted water,but also increase the water temperature of deaerator and save 1.0 MPa steam,which has a great space for energy saving optimization.
