摘要 文章以液化石油气储配系统为研究对象,介绍了系统实现的基本功能和主要工艺设备。利用大型流程模拟软件HYSYS,对液化石油气的压缩机工艺流程以及烃泵灌瓶工艺流程进行模拟。选用压缩机、管道、储罐、气液分离器模块建立机压缩机卸车工艺流程模型;选用烃泵、储罐、管道、物流分割器、回流阀、流量控制阀模块建立烃泵灌瓶工艺流程模型。分别对各流程进行了热力学模拟计算,得到流程各节点的压力、温度、气液两相流量等参数。分析了液化石油气介质在工艺流程中两相特性的变化。 This paper was focused on LPG storage and distribution system,and the basic function of the system implementation and process equipment was introduced.Using the process simulation software HYSYS,compressor technical process of liquefied petroleum gas and hydrocarbon pump bottling process was simulated.Unit operations including compressor and pipelines,storage tank and,gas liquid separator module were chosen to build the compressor unloading process.Another array of unit operations including hydrocarbon pumps,tanks,pipelines,logistics division,backflow valve,flow control valve module were chosen to establish the hydrocarbon pump bottling process.A thermodynamic simulation has been done separately for each process,each node pressure,temperature,gas liquid two phase flow were obtained.The two phase characteristics of LPG were also analyzed.
