皮革企业跨境物流模式的选择方法及发展策略研究

Selection method and development strategy of cross-border logistics mode for leather enterprises

为了辅助皮革企业选择跨境物流模式,实现消费者购买体验与企业效益双提升,通过分析跨境物流的影响因素及主流跨境物流模式的优缺点,设计了一套综合评价方法。构建了包含企业特性、服务体验、物流成本、商品特点、跨境环境在内的5类全方位评价指标,基于3种算法组合计算线性最优权重,利用模糊评价算法对物流模式进行综合分析,为皮革企业选择跨境物流模式提供理论依据,并给出了跨境物流模式未来发展策略,为皮革企业选择跨境物流模式时提供参考建议。

In order to assist leather enterprises in choosing cross-border logistics mode and realize the double improvement of consumer purchase experience and enterprise benefits,a set of comprehensive evaluation method was de-signed by analyzing the influencing factors of cross-border logistics and the advantages and disadvantages of main-stream cross-border logistics mode.Five comprehensive evaluation indexes including enterprise characteristics,service experience,logistics cost,commodity characteristics and cross-border environment were constructed.The linear optimal weight is calculated based on the combination of three algorithms,and the fuzzy evaluation algorithm was used to comprehensively analyze the logistics model,so as to provide a theoretical basis for leather enterprises to choose cross-border Logistics model.The future development strategy of cross-border logistics mode was given,which provides the suggestions for leather enterprises to choose the cross-border logistics mode.
