摘要
人力资源组合配置的科学性与有序性是当前皮革企业的战略性发展规划,皮革企业应创新人力资源管理组合配置,建立符合行业与市场发展的管理体系。根据人力资源配置的基本要求、人力资源结构配置现状及问题,对企业人力资源配置优化策略进行了深层次的研究,提出了制定科学的项目人力资源规划,创建完备的绩效测评系统等具体的优化举措,为实现制革企业在人力资源配置方面的理想状态提供理论参考,促进企业经济效益与社会效益可持续发展。
The scientific and orderly combination and allocation of human resources is the current strategic development plan of leather enterprises.Leather enterprises should innovate the combination and allocation of human resources management and establish a management system in line with the development of industry and market.According to the basic requirements of human resource allocation,the current situation and problems of human resource structure allocation,this paper made an in-depth study on the optimization strategy of enterprise human resource allocation,and put forward specific optimization measures such as formulating scientific project human resource planning and establishing a complete performance evaluation system,so as to provide theoretical reference for realizing the ideal state of human resource allocation in tanning enterprises,and promote the sustainable development of economic and social benefits of enterprises.
