鞋类衬里和内垫防滑测试不确定度评估

摘要 依据GB/T3903.37-2008《鞋类衬里和内垫试验方法静摩擦力》对鞋用纺织衬里材料的静摩擦系数(μ_(s))、动摩擦系数(μ_(k))、表面阻力的静态角度(D_(s))、表面阻力的动态角度(D_(k))分别进行了测定,分析了该测试方法中各指标的不确定度分量来源,并对各分量进行了评定、合成,最后给出了扩展不确定度。结果得出,μ_(s)、μ_(k)、D_(s)、D_(k)、分别为0.6472、0.6391、31.5°、30.5°,其扩展不确定度分别为0.0377、0.0263.1.8°、1.7°(k取2,h指包含因子,为获得扩展不确定度,对合成标准不确定度所乘的大于1的数。)。通过分析发现,影响摩擦系数不确定度的主要分量为测试重复性、试验仪力值传感器准确度和摩擦速度偏差,其中测试重复性和摩擦速度偏差影响较大;影响阻力角度不确定度的主要分量来自试验仪,其中包括试验仪斜台抬起速度偏差、角度显示偏差和滑块质量偏差。 The cofficient of static friction(μ_(s)),cofficient of kinetic friction(μ_(k)),static angle of surface drag(D_(s))and kinetic angle of surface drag(D_(k))were respectively tested according to GB/T 3903.37-2008 using textile lining material of shoes,and the source of uncertainty component of each index in the method was analyzed.Each of the components was evaluated and combined,and the expanded uncertainty was finally obtained.The result shows that the value ofμ_(s),μ_(k),D_(μ),D_(k)are 0.6472,0.6391,31.5°,30.5°respectively.The expanded uncertainty ofμ_(s),μ_(k),D_(s),D_(k)、are 0.0377,0.0263,1.8°,1.7°respectively when thle coverage factor h is 2.Through analysis,it is found that the main components that affect the uncertainty of friction coefficient are test repeatability,test instrument force sensor accuracy and friction speed deviation,among which test repeatability and friction speed deviation have great influence.The main components that affect the angle uncertainty of resistance come from the test instrument,including the deviation of tilt table lifting speed,the deviation of angle display and the deviation of slider mass.
