电针神门、内关穴治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Electro-Needling HT7 and PC6 in Treatment of Post-Stroke Insomnia

目的:探讨电针神门、内关穴治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的60例脑卒中后失眠患者随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组予以传统针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合电针神门、内关穴治疗,每周治疗6 d,共治疗2周。记录两组患者匹茨堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)的评分变化并比较其疗效。结果:治疗后,两组PSQI评分、AIS评分及NIHSS评分均降低(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组(90%,27/30)优于对照组(80%,24/30)(P<0.05)。结论:电针神门、内关穴能有效改善脑卒中后失眠的症状,且优于传统针刺治疗。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electro-needling Shenmen(HT7)and Neiguan(PC6)in the treatment of post-stroke insomnia.Methods:60 patients with post-stroke insomnia,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with electro-needling HT7 and PC6.After two weeks of the treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)were observed in the two groups.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,PSQI score,AIS score and NIHSS score were all decreased in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the decreases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%(27/30),which was significantly higher than 80%(24/30)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-needling HT7 and PC6 can effectively improve poststroke insomnia,which is better than conventional acupuncture.
