循证护理干预对肺癌三维适应放疗患者并发症及生活质量的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨循证护理干预对肺癌三维适应放疗患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法:将接受三维适应放疗的肺癌患者80例随机分为观察组与对照组,40例每组。对照组放疗期间实施常规护理干预,观察组实施循证护理干预。对比两组放疗期间并发症发生情况,放疗前后采用癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评价生活质量。结果:观察组放疗相关并发症发生率为15.00%,显著低于对照组的35.00%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组QLQ-C30各维度评分均较护理前有明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌患者三维适应放疗期间开展循证护理干预有助于降低放疗相关并发症发生风险,提高患者的生活质量。
