At the ceremony marking the centenary of the CPC,Xi Jinping declared that the whole Party and the entire nation have completed the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realized the great dream of all Chinese people.Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the CPC,has led all the Chinese people,by painstaking explorations and in dedicated efforts,to complete the transformation from poverty to secure access to food and clothing,and to a decent life,achieving the first centenary goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is an inevitable commitment made by the CPC to the people and history,and its fulfillment on schedule marks a critical step towards the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.The great practices and brilliant achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics mean the profound logical necessity of history,theory and practice.
