桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊含量测定方法的改进

Improvement on assay method of Anningpai Enteric Soft Capsules

目的:改进桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊中桉油精、柠檬烯和α-蒎烯含量测定的方法。方法:采用Agilent DB-17毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm)程序升温,进样口220℃,FID检测器250℃。结果:桉油精、柠檬烯和α-蒎烯分别在0.031~0.780、0.023~0.587、0.008~0.192 mg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9999;平均加样回收率分别为101.1%、101.2%、101.3%,RSD分别为0.79%、0.95%、0.88%(n=9)。结论:所用方法准确可靠,可行性及重复性良好,可用于桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊的含量测定。

Objective:To improve the assay method of eucalyptol,limonene andα-pinene in Anningpai Enteric Soft Capsules.Methods:The test was performed in capillary column Agilent DB-17(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm)under the programmed temperature.The inlet temperature was 220℃and FID detector temperature was 250℃.Results:The linear ranges of eucalyptol,limonene andα-pinene were 0.031-0.780 mg·mL^(-1),0.023-0.587 mg·mL^(-1) and 0.008-0.192 mg·mL^(-1) respectively with r>0.9999.The average recoveries of eucalyptol,limonene andα-pinene were 101.1%,101.2%and 101.3%with RSDs as 0.79%,0.95%and 0.88%(n=9)respectively.Conclusion:The established method is accurate and reliable,and has the good specificity and repeatability.It can be used for the assay of Anningpai Enteric Soft Capsules.
