蒙大纳林河矿中厚煤层综采工作面智能化技术研究 被引量:2

Research on intelligent technology about fully-mechanized mining face of medium-thick coal seam in Mengda Nalin River Mine

摘要 为解决纳林河矿煤层埋深大、地质赋存条件复杂、冲击地压大等难题,针对蒙大纳林河矿二号煤矿 3-1 上 102 工作面实际情况,建设了以先进可靠的电液控制系统为基础,以高端集控设备为平台的智能化工作面,并且对采煤机精确定位技术、工作面自动找直技术、综采工作面远程控制技术及数字化工作面技术进行了研究。建设的综采工作面能够实现井下集控与地面远控,是一个高效、节能、少人化的智能综采工作面。该智能化工作面的投入使用,实现了减人提效与安全生产,对煤矿安全高效生产最有重大意义。 To solve the problems of Menda Nalin River Mine such as large depth of buried coal seam,complex geological occurrence conditions and large impact pressure,according to actual operation of mining face upper 102 of 3-1 of No.2 colliery of Nalin River Mine,the intelligent mining face based on advanced and reliable electro-hydraulic control system and taking high-level centralized control equipments as platform was constructed,and the precise positioning technology of shearer,automatic alignment technology of mining face,remote control system of fully-mechanized mining face and digital technology of mining face were researched.The constructed fully-mechanized mining face realized the centralized control for underground mine and the remote control for the ground,was an intelligent fully-mechanized mining face with high efficiency,low energy consumption and less operators.The application of the intelligent mining face realized labor reduction,efficiency improvement and safe production.It was of great significance for safe and efficient production in colliery.
