摘要
针对某钨矿细泥含泥杂质多、颗粒太细导致回收率不高的问题,在分析钨矿细泥性质以及当前细泥分选工艺的基础上,利用悬振锥面选矿机回收粒度低、对细粒重矿富集比高的优势,对原次生细泥、离心机粗选尾矿、细泥尾矿、加温摇床尾矿、离心机粗选倾斜斗溢流进行工业试验。结果表明,悬振锥面选矿机分选加温摇床尾矿效果最优,获得了品位为 23.99%、回收率达 72.293% 的钨精矿。该试验结果为后续生产作业提供了可靠依据。
In view of the problems about the fine slime of a tungsten mineral such as much contained impurity and over-small particles that led to low recovery ratio,on the basis of analyzing the nature of the fine slime of the tungsten mineral and the current concentration technology for fine slime,the suspended vibrating cone concentrator was applied with its advantages of fine recovery particles and high concentration ratio fine-particle high-grade mineral to conduct industrial test for primary and secondary fine slime,tailing from centrifuge roughing,tailing of fine slime,tailing of heated table concentrator and overflow from inclined hopper of centrifuge roughing.Results showed the concentration effects of the tailing of heated table concentrator with the suspended vibrating cone concentrator was the optimal,the tungsten concentrate with grade of 23.99% and recovery ratio of 72.293% was obtained.The test results offered reliable reference for consequent production.
