大型高压对辊成型机智能控制

Intelligent control method for large high-pressure roll forming machine

摘要 针对大型高压对辊成型机辊偏问题,设计了一种智能自动化控制方法程序,能有效解决由于辊偏而造成电动机电流不稳定的问题。该方法能够智能控制主电动机电流、左右螺旋电动机电流以及液压缸的压力差,将其稳定在有效范围内,达到动态平衡,从而能够有效控制挤压辊的辊缝。 In view of the deviation of the roll of the large high-pressure roll forming machine,an intelligent automatic control method was designed,which could effectively solve the problem of unstable current of main motor due to the deviation of the roll.The method intelligently controlled the current of main motor,the current of left and right spiral motor as well as the pressure difference of hydraulic cylinders in effective scope so as to reach the dynamic balance,thus the gap between the squeezing rolls was effectively controlled.
