Construction and optimization of professional graduate industry supervisor competency model

行业导师的胜任力对专业学位研究生培养质量具有重要影响,运用质性研究方法对专业学位研究生行业导师的胜任力特征进行分析,经过数据检验提炼出专业学位研究生行业导师胜任力的四项基本维度,即思想素质、学术能力、教学技能、实践水平,以及维度内的24项主要指标,构建专业学位研究生行业导师胜任力模型。应用该模型审视我国专业学位研究生行业导师胜任力发展存在的突出问题,提出了专业学位研究生行业导师胜任力的优化策略。

"Double Tutor System",which is jointly guided and coupled by both the university and the industry tutors,is the mainstream training mode for professional degree postgraduates.Among them,the competence level of the industry supervisor is particularly important in the training process of professional degree graduate students,and there is a relatively obvious distinction between the industry supervisor and the university supervisor.By using qualitative research method,this paper analyzes the competency characteristics of professional degree graduate supervisors,and through data testing,extracts four basic dimensions and 24 main indicators of professional degree graduate supervisors′competency,and constructs the competency model of professional degree graduate supervisors.At the same time,combined with the current shortage of industry supervisor competence,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of professional degree graduate students′industry supervisor competence.
