摘要
师生互动是影响高校翻转课堂教学效果的关键环节。研究运用扎根理论,通过开放编码、主轴编码、选择编码、理论饱和度检验等过程,系统建构了涵盖4大类属、9个主范畴的高校翻转课堂师生互动影响因素模型。研究显示,高校翻转课堂师生互动的影响因素包括教师个体因素:人格特质、知识结构、教学策略;学生个体因素:学习动机、自学能力;生生互动因素:小组学习;外部支持因素:心理环境、物理环境、资源支持。其形成一个复杂的交互系统,综合影响师生互动状况。要提升高校翻转课堂师生互动的有效性,应完善互动反馈机制,培育学生自主学习能力,创设小组学习活动,同时拓宽资源供给渠道。
Teacher-student interactions are of critical importance in the flipped classroom at university.The research builds a model of factors influencing teacher-student interactions in the flipped classroom from 4 dimensions and 9 aspects through the procedures of opening coding,axial coding,selective coding and the theoretical saturation test.The results suggest that influencing factors mainly include teachers′individual factors:personality trait,knowledge structure,and instructional strategy;students′individual factors:learning motivation,and self-study ability;peer interactions:group learning;external support factors:psychological environment,physical environment,and resource support.They constitute a complex interactive system,affecting interactions between teachers and students comprehensively.In order to promote the quality of teacher-student interactions in the flipped classroom at university,we should improve the interactive feedback mechanism,cultivate students′independent learning abilities,create collaborative learning activities and expand the supply channels of resources.
