摘要
参考《道路基层用缓凝硅酸盐水泥》GB/T 35162—2017标准,通过大掺量脱硫灰渣、少量水泥孰料、天然石膏、微量助磨剂,采用水泥生产工艺制备出一种道路缓凝专用生态水泥,并用于路面水稳基层、底基层。依据《道路基层用缓凝硅酸盐水泥》GB/T 35162—2017标准试验方法与扫描电镜等方法研究其水泥水化反应机理,结果表明,该生态水泥性能指标满足《道路基层用缓凝硅酸盐水泥》GB/T 35162—2017标准,具有缓凝、微膨胀、后期强度高等特点,满足路面水稳层施工设计要求。
Referring to Slow-setting Portland Cement for Roadbases, using large dosage of desulfurization ash, small amount of clinker, natural gypsum and minimal grinding aid, a type of special ecological cement for road slow-setting was prepared by cement production technology and then was applied in the pavement waterstable base and bottom base. The hydration reaction mechanism of the cement was studied according to the testing method from Slow-setting Portland Cement for Roadbases and scanning electron microscopy method. The results showed that, the performance indexes of this ecological cement met the requirements of Slow-setting Portland Cement for Roadbases, with the characteristics of slow-setting, micro expansion and high long-term strength, which can meet the construction design requirements of the pavement water-stable base.
