摘要
依据高速公路改扩建施工期的交通组织方案,采用VISSIM软件进行交通仿真分析,从断面车流量、车辆平均延误时间分析改扩建方案的合理性,提出了仿真模型建模思路,设计了6种仿真场景,并对仿真试验结果进行分析,验证了晋阳高速改扩建方案及施工期交通组织方案的有效性,提出了交通事故、交通量激增、恶劣天气等突发情况下的应急措施。研究成果可为高速公路改扩建工程施工期的"保畅"提供理论参考,并为交通组织方案的设计验证提供方法思路。
According to the traffic organization scheme of the expressway reconstruction and extension project, the VISSIM software was used to carry out the traffic simulation and analysis. From the aspects of sectional traffic flow and average delay time of vehicles, the feasibility of the scheme was analyzed, and the idea of simulation modeling was proposed. Six simulation scenarios were designed, and the simulation test results were analyzed, which verified the effectiveness of the reconstruction and extension plan of Jinyang Expressway and its traffic organization scheme. Emergency measures were put forward for traffic accidents, surge in traffic volume, bad weather, etc. This paper can provide theoretical reference for ensuring smooth traffic during the construction of expressway reconstruction and extension projects, as well as a method for the design and verification of traffic organization scheme.
