摘要 高速公路在运营通车一段时间后,沥青路面会出现裂缝、麻面、车辙等病害,采用NovaChip超薄磨耗层可快速恢复路面使用性能,延长道路使用寿命。结合沥青路面预防性养护实践,阐述了NovaChip超薄磨耗层原材料选配和配合比设计,对养护前后的沥青路面抗滑性能、防水性能进行对比分析,并对路面抗滑性能开展了跟踪调查,养护后可有效提高沥青路面使用性能。 There will be cracks, surface voids and ruts on the asphalt pavement after the expressway is open to traffic for a period of time. Using Nova Chip ultra-thin wear layer can quickly restore the pavement performance and prolong the road’s service life. Combined with preventive maintenance practices of asphalt pavement, the material selection and mix ratio design of Nova Chip were expounded. The skid resistance and waterproof performance of the asphalt pavement before and after the maintenance were compared and analyzed, and the skid performance of the pavement was tracked. It was concluded that the asphalt pavement performance can be improved efficiently by the maintenance.
