摘要
胶粉改性沥青混合料在沥青路面的应用是一种环保和经济的解决方案。由于胶粉会使沥青黏度增加,使得其生产温度明显高于传统沥青混合料。因此,研究的目的是使用温拌添加剂降低生产温度来制备高掺量胶粉改性沥青混合料的可行性。试验结果表明,在保证路用性能的前提下,可以使用温拌添加剂Sasobit在155℃的温度下生产温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料。
Applying rubber powder modified asphalt mixture in the asphalt pavement is an eco-friendly and economical solution, since the rubber powder enables the viscosity of the asphalt to increase, and makes the production temperature of modified asphalt mixtures significantly higher than that of traditional asphalt mixtures.This paper studied the feasibility of lowering the production temperature with warm mix additives to prepare high content rubber powder modified asphalt mixtures. The test results showed that, under the premise of ensuring the road performance, the warm mix additive Sasobit can be used to prepare the warm mix rubber powder modified asphalt mixtures at 155 ℃.
