摘要
在高速公路隧道复杂多变的环境下,为提升隧道的安全运营状况,构建了隧道安全管控系统,由信息采集子系统,照明子系统,通风子系统,报警子系统,应急预案子系统组成就地管控系统,远程控制系统以冗余PLC控制器为主,构成远程与就地的双层管控系统,工程师和高级别管理员可对现场就地系统实现远程管控。该方案可为隧道控制系统远程一体化改造提供参考。
In the complicated and volatile tunnel environment, in order to improve the safety operation of the tunnel, the tunnel safety management and control system was established. The local control system, which consists of subsystems of information collection, illumination, ventilation, alarm and emergency plan, and the remote control system, which is dominated by the redundant PLC controller, together constitute local-remote dual management and control system. Engineers and senior administrators can remotely control the local system. This system can provide reference for the remote integrated transformation of the tunnel control system.
