桥梁在施工过程中,混凝土调平层开裂已经非常普遍,但尚未引起监管部门的重视。混凝土调平层开裂,如果不及时处理,会逐渐反射到桥面铺装层产生病害,严重影响桥面耐久性。就某高速公路在建桥梁混凝土调平层的开裂情况进行了调查检测,对其开裂原因进行了分析,并提出混凝土调平层开裂的处理方案和预防措施。

It is common that the concrete leveling layer cracks in the process of bridge construction, which has not caught the attention of regulators yet. If the crack of the concrete leveling layer is not dealt with in time, it will gradually spread to the deck pavement and cause diseases, which seriously affects the durability of the bridge deck. This paper investigated and detected the cracking situation of the concrete leveling layer of a highway bridge under construction, analyzed the causes of the cracks, and proposed the treatment scheme and prevention countermeasures of the cracks.
