Practice and Exploration of ERP System Assisting Regional Centralized Control of New Energy Power Generation

国家能源集团通过全面实施一体化集中管控系统(ERP系统)项目,实现了新能源数据标准和业务标准的统一实施,通过开发ERP系统移动应用、工作流分发任务、区域监控报表、“0205”指标预警等应用功能,为新能源发电区域资源整合及区域集控管理提供了精细化数据保障和决策支撑,为提升集团公司新能源发电占比,为实现碳达峰、碳中和目标提供强有力支撑。本文主要研究如何基于ERP系统相关功能设计,从区域集控的故障报警预警和生产运营处理两大功能着手,实现新能源发电区域工作效率提升、现场管理手段增强的区域集控目标。

The full implementation of the Group’s integrated centralized control system(ERP system)proj⁃ect has enabled CHN Energy to realize the unified implementation of new energy data standards and busi⁃ness standards.The development of functions of ERP system,such as mobile applications,task assignment by workflow,regional monitoring reports,and“0205”indicator early warning,has provided refined data guarantee and decision support for both regional resource integration and regional centralized control of new energy power generation.Therefore,all the above provides strong support for increasing the proportion of the Group’s new energy power generation and achieving the goal of“carbon emission peak and carbon neutrali⁃ty”.This paper mainly studies how to achieve the regional centralized control goal of improving the work effi⁃ciency of new energy power generation areas and enhancing the on-site management means from the two functions of fault alarm and early warning and production and operation processing of regional centralized con⁃trol and based on the design of related functions of ERP system.
