新时代境域下劳动成为教育力量的审视和对策

摘要 劳动作为有意识有目的的社会实践活动,蕴含着育人的因素。在育人过程中,劳动不会自然成为教育力量,只有把在劳动之中的教育因素激发出来,并将其作为积极的因素渗透于育人实践之中,劳动才真正成为一种教育力量。所以,分析劳动成为教育力量的可能性条件和实现路径就显得十分必要。从可能性方面入手,着眼于知情意行等方面,可以充分挖掘包含在劳动中的教育因素。同时结合客观必然性和主观能动性,能够阐释劳动成为教育力量的条件性。要从劳动叙事、劳动体验和劳动创造等方面探究劳动成为教育力量的可行性,从而深入理解和开展劳动教育。 As a conscious and purposeful social practice,Labor has a connotation of nurturing people.Labor does not become an educational force to nurture people naturally,but will only do so when the educational factors embedded in labor are stimulated and penetrate into the nurturing practice as an active factor.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the conditions and approaches of how to make labor into an educational force.Starting from possibilities,this paper studies every aspects related to labor,including knowledge,emotion,intention and action,and tries to reveal the educational factors embedded in labor.On the other hand,this paper has studied the conditions for labor to become an educational power from the aspects of objectivity and subjectivity.And finally this paper explores the feasibility of labor to become an educational force from the aspects of labor narrative,labor experience and labor creation,so as to lay the foundation for a deeper understanding and implication of labor education.
